The 2014 conference is Alzheimer’s Community Care’s 18th Annual Education Conference, and it is one of the largest of its kind, and is widely recognized as a premier source for education onneurocognitive disorders, inclusive of Alzheimer’s disease. Over 1,000 people were in attendance for last year’s conference, and over 1,200 are expectedto attend this year. It is scheduled for March 13 – 14, 2014, and will be hosted at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in downtown West Palm Beach, Fla. The conference will culminate on Friday afternoon with plenary speaker Ian Kremer, Executive Director of Leaders Engaged on Alzheimer’s Disease (LEAD Coalition).

 

Target Audience

The target audience of the 2014 Educational Conference is family caregivers and health, legal, and human service professionals working with patients and family caregivers. Up to 9 contact hours for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered for specific disciplines.
